Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States (except for Utah as local law prohibits). Note that there may be restrictions that arise in your area that prohibits us from shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

 

The shipping of tobacco and vape products currently requires an adult signature confirmation. The adult signature confirmation is a $6.00 fee in addition to the the fee for shipping. We do not currently offer free shipping. 

 

Orders placed before 2PM PST are typically shipped same day, excluding Sundays. Orders are typically received by customers in less than one (1) week, or seven (7) days from the day the order is placed. However, the time may increase during holiday times, during national or local labor shortages, or dependent on the number of orders in front of you. Once an order is placed, you are notified via email used on the order of the order stages: "Awaiting Fulfillment", "Order Completed", "Order Shipped".

 

 

Returns Policy

We do not allow returns or refunds on used or unused items. However, in the instance of manufacturing defect, we warranty our products for up to thirty (30) days from the day of the transaction. If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service department at: (702) 439-9604. If the item is determined to be defective by our customer service department, we will exchange the old one for a new one. We do not offer refunds. 

You should expect to receive your new replacement within four weeks of giving your exchanged package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the new replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for our shipping service to deliver the new replacement package to you (5 to 10 business days).
